The franchise fee is a one-time payment of $30,000. The ongoing royalty fee will range from 3% - 4% of your Gross Revenue. The term of the contract is 10 years if you have met the renewal conditions.

The franchise fee earns you initial and on-site training, the right to use our signage and logos, site and layout assistance and approval, interior design packages, as well as baking and operation manuals.

Training will take place a our New Jersey headquarters and NYC flagship store for 2-weeks. You will work closely with a designated supervisor and headquarter staff. The training fee is included in the franchise fee. You will be responsible for lodging, travel and other personal costs.

For Ten Thousand stores, we recommend a space minimum of 800sqft up to 1,500sqft. We will provide you with a more detailed site criteria checklist before you begin your site selection.

We will provide you with the site criteria on which you will base your site selection and introduce you to our real estate partners if assistance is required. After you have a list of acceptable spaces, we will accompany you to perform site reviews and approvals. We do not guarantee any site’s success.

Please refer to learn how to become a franchisee. The length of time required for a store depends on many different factors, such as construction and training.

You will be responsible for the construction of your restaurant. However, we will assist you throughout he construction process with layouts and designs.

We will provide you with a list of equipment and inventory items and specifications. A few items you will purchase directly from us - we will provide you with a separate list of these items.

You will receive an FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) after your first conversation with us following the submission of a complete application.

Territorial protection is offered to Area Development franchisees only. They get exclusive rights to a certain territory.

In item 20 of our FDD, you will find a list of our current franchisees as of the FDD's issuance date. You are encouraged to use these resources to do your research to determine the potential performance of your restaurant.
